After going to volleyball today, I decided to quit it. I mean, I like to play volleyball a lot but I like it to be fun and spontaneous. The problem with the class I’m going to is that it’s a class. I’m supposed to “learn” to play volleyball by someone who is “teaching.” I mean that’s all fine and well but it’s a little too strict and pro for my taste. I mean they want everybody to hit the ball a certain way. I don’t hit it the way they want me to but when I hit it, the ball goes where I want it to go but it’s not “the Way” to do it and I figure that I’m not proffesionally interested in it. I just want to do it to have fun. I mean it’s a good sign your interested in it when you’re counting the minutes ’till Volleyball. It’s a bad sign when you think more about what you want to do after you get back from Volleyball (which is what I was doing).
