Shamisen Video

So, here’s the video of me playing at the Japan cultural fair. I must say, I do sound pretty good. I always cringe when I play up the neck on that high part ’cause I know how it’s “supposed” to sound and I’m not quite doing the same (since I hadn’t played in a week, I was off on some of the notes [harder too, 'cause there isn't any frets]). In any case, I was comforted by the fact that nobody in the audience cared/noticed the mistakes (and couldn’t do any better for that matter).

So yeah, if you notice any mistakes, it’s because my hands were sweaty and I kept losing grip of the bachi.
